Job Description
As a Learning & Development (L&D) Executive, you will play a key role in driving a learning culture across the organization through e-learning initiatives, internal knowledge-sharing platforms, and engaging communication campaigns. You will be the bridge connecting people, learning content, and digital tools - ensuring employees have meaningful and accessible learning experiences that align with business goals.1. E-Learning & Platform ManagementManage the company’s e-learning ecosystem (Coursera, internal LMS,…) — including user management, content curation, data tracking, and performance reporting.Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth platform operation, user engagement, and content relevance.Analyze learning data and provide insights to improve license utilization and learner engagement.Coordinate monthly, quarterly learning tracks aligned with organizational priorities.2. Internal Sharing & Learning CultureDrive internal knowledge-sharing initiatives (Learning Hours, Mentorship, or Learn & Grow Community).Support design and rollout of internal learning campaigns that encourage peer learning and cross-team collaboration.Partner with subject matter experts to turn internal expertise into structured learning sessions or microlearning content.Track participation and impact of internal sharing activities.3. Learning Communication & EngagementDesign and execute creative communication plans to promote learning programs, using engaging storytelling and visual design.Manage L&D communication channels (Newsletters, Internal Portals, Sharepoint,…).Create learning assets (banners, infographics, recap posts, short videos) to enhance visibility and participation.Collect learner feedback and success stories to continuously improve communication effectiveness.4. General L&D SupportSupport planning and implementation of company-wide learning programs and campaigns.Assist in coordinating with external vendors, trainers, and facilitators.Contribute to L&D reports, dashboards, and presentations for business partners.Participate in ad-hoc projects that strengthen the learning and growth journey of employees.Requirement:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related fields.2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development.Experience managing e-learning platforms (Coursera, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning, LMS) is a plus.Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (written and verbal).Creative mindset with attention to visual storytelling and engagement.Proficient in MS Office and design tools (Canva, PowerPoint,..), data analytics experience is a plus.Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
