Department: People & OrganizationReport to: Executive Manager Learning & DevelopmentLocation: Head Office, IslamabadDuration: 3 MonthsWhat is Learning & Development Intern - MMBL?We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Learning and Development (L&D) Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or an individual with up to six months of experience in HR to gain hands-on exposure to L&D processes, support initiatives, and develop professional skillsWhat Learning & Development Intern Does - MMBL?Training Coordination: Assist in organizing and scheduling training sessions, including logistical arrangements such as venue booking, materials preparation, and communication with trainers and participants.Content Support: Help design and develop training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules.Data Management: Maintain and update learning records in the MIS, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.Evaluation and Reporting: Collect feedback from training participants, compile reports, and analyze training effectiveness.Learning Culture: Support initiatives to promote a learning culture, including campaigns, events, and employee engagement activities.What are we looking for, and what does it take to be a Learning & Development Intern - MMBL?Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of experience in Human Resources or a related field.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related disciplines.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.About MMBL:Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. is providing banking services to over 48 million registered users including 20+ million monthly active customers across Pakistan.
