Role summary:Establish the learning and development team with the direct and indirect reports to continue uplifting the team's capability to support the relevant business needs of the two manufacturing sites of Suzhou. Lead site L&D team and the group of training coordinators from all functions of the site to implement global and site training strategy, update site training plan according to internal and external requirement and monitor its fulfillment. Manage and deploy the people learning and development activities to support site meeting its business targets, and to ensure personnel training development compliance with HQS and GMP standards and medical device regulatory requirements.Key Roles & Responsibilities:Identify capable talents and SMEs to establish Leanding and Development team. Cooperate with site SLTs to find and develop training coordinators in each functional department.Develop and improve the WOW, process, system and mechnesm for site Learning & Development stragey implementation and plan fulfillment.Manage and oversee the personnel training, education and development activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and HQS standards.Effectively manage and coordinate site activities on personnel training, education and development to support business delivery. Organize and utilize experties of GMP, EHS and regulatory requirements on personnel training, development and management. Understand and comply with the applicable local regulations of Quality, EHS and Haleon standards and policy.Supervise all training related systems, procedures and documentation utilized within site operations.Other projects and tasks as assigned by the line manager.Business Expertise: Bachelor’s degree, the major of education or relative equivalent. At least 3 years Pharma or Consumer Health Care industry experience or people training experience. Expert on people training, communication and development.Problem Solving: Describe the nature and complexity of the problems this position encounters on a recurring basis. Include information regarding the level of innovation required, if any, and include mention of factors that may add to the complexity of resolving issues.Skillful in training delivery such as classroom presentation, interactive training and face-to-face contact with people. Good communication skill with Mandarin and English. Skillful in office and training material designing.Nature & Area of Impact: To what degree does this role affect the business (i.e., through interactions with customers, making decisions, defining or setting strategy, etc.)? What is the breadth of the impact that this job has, either positive or negative (i.e., affects own team, department, function, business unit, geography, entire business, etc.)?Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities essential among all functions of the site. Highly results oriented ability to deliver and overcome obstacles to drive learning and development for people and teams.Interactions / Interpersonal Skills: Describe the nature and level of interactions this role has with others, both internally and externally. Explain any specific interpersonal skills necessary to successfully perform this role (i.e., negotiation skills, represents business at external events or to governmental bodies, etc.).Excellent relationship and people skills along with strong focus on the customer and a passion for exceptional customer service.
