Presentation skillsNon Verbal aspects of communicationBuilding Self confidenceEffectively engaging the audienceGroup DiscussionInterpersonal skillsListening skillsAssertiveness skillsInitiative and leadership e. Self awareness and self presentationSWOT analysisGiving and receiving feedback about self.Counseling and mentoring activities for overall development of the student and referenceHelping the students to prepare industry relevant resumesConducting different types of special training for supporting the student’s placementCritical & Creative thinkingUpdating in the syllabus other areas that may be considered necessary to enhance the skills of the students.She/he is to impart training to students of other constituent schools of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham on the above mentioned areas as and when directed by her/his superiors, if need be.She/he is to obtain industry feedback through General Manager-Career Competency Development, from time to time and accordingly review / modify the current training & development programme, related to her/his areas of training.Be updated with different university related accreditation requirements coming under the purview of the CIR learning and development activities.Job Category Non-Teaching Last Date to Apply November 30, 2025
