We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist (Contract)About The JobAs a Learning & Development Specialist (Contract), you will play a key role in supporting and advancing PCAS’s organizational culture and talent development initiatives. You will design and deliver training programs based on core capabilities, drive leadership development, and facilitate cultural engagement across the organization. Working closely with the HR Manager and HR colleagues, you will ensure effective execution of training strategies and support change initiatives that strengthen alignment with PCAS’s core values.About The Role◼ Draw up company-wide Training & Development strategies and plans.◼ Identify training needs to develop new training programs through job analysis, surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups and consultation with managers and instructors.◼ Develop training materials, learning interventions, operation manuals and guides.◼ Organize and conduct training programs for improving common competencies of employees and leadership development programs, ensure global training policy and practices are implemented in line with global standard◼ Develop and monitor the company's training budget to ensure that the best quality of training and development is provided within the established budget.◼ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions for each training program.◼ Support managers and in-house trainers to solve specific training problems◼ Work with training providers and educational institutions to develop suitable training program◼ Plan Organization cultural change program and Investigate needs of employees for Organization cultural program◼ Through Internal Communications initiatives, facilitate two-way communication and mutual understanding between leaders and employees, and strengthen employee engagement with the organization.◼ In addition to Cultural Behaviors, cascade the Group’s cultural values—such as Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) and Wellbeing—to help embed these values across the workforce.To succeed in this role, you should be able to:A bachelor’s degree or higherMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent DevelopmentStrong understanding of adult learning principles and corporate training methodologiesExperience planning and delivering training programs, learning workshops, or leadership development initiativesExcellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently, prioritize effectively, and collaborate across teamsStrong interpersonal influence and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in both Korean and English (spoken and written)The role will ibe based in PC ASANIf you are interested in this role, please apply online with your resume and portfolio of previous work samples.Uniting curious mindsBehind every innovative solution, there are people working together to transform the future.
