In this role, you’ll lead efforts to evaluate, implement, and optimize learning technologies that elevate employee capability and performance.You’ll apply your expertise in learning platforms (LMS/LXP), instructional design, and emerging AI-based solutions to deliver dynamic, scalable learning experiences. This includes managing vendor relationships, influencing product roadmaps, and ensuring our tools and systems align seamlessly with enterprise learning goals.This position reports to the Learning Strategy & Innovation team and is eligible for remote work across the continental U.S. Employees located within 60 miles of a corporate site are expected to work in the office four days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Strategy & DesignPartner with business leaders and HR teams to assess capability gaps and recommend targeted learning interventions.Design scalable learning solutions that build organizational capability and accelerate business performance.Lead the development of engaging, learner-focused experiences using a variety of modalities and instructional approaches.Technology Integration & InnovationDrive the adoption and optimization of learning systems, including LMS, LXP, AI-driven tools, and collaboration platforms.Curate and organize internal and external content to create personalized learning pathways that improve skill growth and performance.Stay current on emerging technologies and leverage them to modernize learning delivery and engagement.Cross-Functional CollaborationLead cross-disciplinary project teams of instructional designers, subject matter experts, and technical specialists to create impactful learning experiences.Ensure alignment between learning initiatives and broader organizational goals.Data-Driven ImpactUse analytics and performance metrics to measure learning effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.Build frameworks to evaluate ROI and drive decisions with actionable insights.Leadership & CoachingMentor team members and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the learning function.Ensure all projects meet compliance and risk management standards.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree, or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.8+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or learning consultancy.Demonstrated success translating complex business needs into learning strategies with measurable outcomes.Strong knowledge of learning technologies, including LMS (e.g., Workday, Cornerstone), LXP (e.g., Degreed, EdCast), and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise).Deep understanding of adult learning theory, learning science, and agile design methodologies.Proven ability to collaborate effectively across large, matrixed organizations.Preferred:Hands-on experience implementing and managing learning technologies (e.g., Workday, Percipio).Experience managing vendor relationships within the learning ecosystem.Background in leading large-scale technology rollouts or platform migrations.Military service experience or connection (spouse/domestic partner).Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $114,000 – $218,000 (depending on experience and location).Compensation is determined through a structured process using market data and internal equity to ensure fairness and competitiveness.Employees may also be eligible for performance-based incentives.Relocation assistance may be available.Additional DetailsThis position does not offer visa sponsorship.
