As the Lease Contract Coordinator, you will coordinate leased equipment from order to delivery, while acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs the Lease Contract Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:Coordinate equipment deliveries and returns within an assigned regionPrepare leasing contracts, purchase orders, and other documentation; communicate contract details with Sales team and customersReview pre-delivery requirements with customers to ensure all prerequisites are metManage equipment return process, including damage recovery and billingResolve invoicing disputes with customersEnsure accurate and detailed records are maintained in ERP and CRM systemsProvide regular status updates on equipment orders and returnsProvide administrative support for Lease and Sales departmentsRequired Skills & QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:Post-secondary degree or diploma in business administration, operations management, or a related fieldAt least two years of related coordinator work experienceStrong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detailTeam player with strong interpersonal skills and communication skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervisionHighly adaptable and resourceful with strong critical thinking skillsBenefits & PerksLeavitt Machinery Canada is proud to offer competitive compensation and flexible benefits coverage for all eligible employees, including an employer matching RRSP plan:Company paid medical health care plan for you and your dependents Dental plan, vision plan, and prescription drug coverage Annual health care spending account Life insurance, disability insurance, and travel insurance – 100% employer paid Sick leave plan – 100% employer paidEmployee assistance programs RRSP matching Company cell phone and laptopOngoing professional development opportunitiesThe base pay range for this role is: $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience.This is a hybrid role based in Langley, British Columbia.
