POSITION SUMMARY: Bridge33 Capital is a fast-growing, vertically integrated private equity firm focused on open-air strip retail.The Leasing Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support to the Leasing Department, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of day-to-day leasing activities. This role involves managing data accuracy, coordinating documentation, assisting with marketing and reporting tasks, and supporting the leasing team with critical project deliverables. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment.Position: Leasing Administrative AssistantCompensation: $1,200Schedule: 8am - 5pm, PSTKey ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative assistance to the Leasing Department, supporting day-to-day operations and leasing initiativesEnter and maintain leasing data in Deal Manager, including new leases, renewals, amendments, and ancillary tenant documentsParticipate in weekly department meetings and assist in tracking follow-up itemsGenerate and distribute the weekly Real Estate Committee agenda and serve as backup support for the report's preparation and accuracyManage portfolio review requests, coordinating with Task Wizard to ensure accurate and timely completion of deliverablesProcess leasing business travel expenses and maintain organized financial and reporting recordsCreate, update, and maintain accurate databases, reports, and records of all leasing-related documentationConduct availability list, site plan, and listing agreement audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal standardsMaintain confidentiality of all lease-related and financial informationUse Adobe Illustrator to update and maintain accurate site plans for active propertiesMaintain and regularly update the company's marketing page on Commercial Edge, ensuring property listings and availability are accurate and currentCollaborate effectively with internal teams, brokers, and external partners to ensure accurate and timely flow of informationSupport special projects and ad hoc assignments as needed by the Leasing or Real Estate leadership teamsRequirementsMinimum 3 years of administrative experience in commercial leasing or real estate operationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience with database management and internet researchFamiliarity with Deal Manager, Adobe Illustrator, and Commercial Edge preferredUnderstanding of commercial leasing language and documentationAbility to maintain and audit leasing and marketing dataExcellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skillsStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesSolutions-oriented mindset with sound judgment and critical thinkingAbility to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactionsSelf-motivated and capable of working independently while also thriving in a team environmentAdaptability to new systems, processes, and changing priorities in a fast-paced work settingWORKING REQUIREMENTS:Fully remote Fluent in English Will work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Pacific Time (PST)
