The Leasing Agent will be responsible for sourcing properties for leasing , cold calling , new client targetting , viewing of property , managing lease agreements, overseeing lease administration, assisting clients with residential leasing, providing property management services, and ensuring an excellent customer service experience. The role requires building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring smooth leasing processes. Qualifications Proficiency in Leases and Lease AdministrationExperience in Property Management and Residential LeasingStrong Customer Service skills and ability to handle client requests effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate within a teamFamiliarity with the Dubai real estate market is a plusValid UAE driver's license is advantageousThis is 100% commission based job . We shall provide listing packages with eminent prominte portals .If are an area expert such as Marina, JLT, Palm , Furjan , Downtown and Business Bay , it will be an added advantage .
