Presently we own/manage over $2 billion in residential assets.We're in search of a full time leasing agent. MetCap Living is currently in search of a Professional Full time leasing agent in BC.Qualifications:College/University Diploma preferredTwo years related leasing/sales experience within the property management industryStrong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional customer service skillsProficient with Office and Yardi requiredAble to work flexible hours as needed, including evenings and weekendsActive driver's license and a reliable carCan work on the weekends and holidaysAdvertising and Marketing experience is an assetDuties & Responsibilities:Handle all telephone, email and walk-in inquiries in a professional mannerProcess qualifying prospectsEncourage appointments or viewings with all prospective callers with proper follow upTouring the property with prospects as you answer questions about the numerous amenities, local communityAssist prospects in qualifying for an apartment by collecting appropriate information and initiating background checksEnsure units are prepared for move-in in a timely mannerExcellent customer service to residents to exceed their expectationsResident retentionCoordinate paperwork related to apartment rentals, leases and paymentQuarterly market surveysOther duties and/or procedures as requiredAvailable evenings and weekendsAccess to a vehicleMetcap welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
