Looking For Filipinos Who Are Philippines-based CandidatesPosition : Leasing AssistantWorking Schedule : 8AM-5PM ESTSalary Range : $1000-$1200 English Speaking | $1,200-$1,500 Bilingual English/Spanish USD monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)Job SummaryOur client is seeking a Leasing Assistant to join our team. You will work on a team interacting with customers and end users - affordable housing property owners and residents/applicants. Your primary role will be to manage the inbound and outbound communication with residents regarding their application and manage application information for the team’s recertification. You will be the front line for the residents and this role is critical!There may be other items that come up as you speak with residents, where you will need to answer questions about the affordable housing process or the client’s platform, work with local housing authority software to update applicant information along with other reporting tasks. This role is progressive - team members start by interacting with customer,s learning the basics of affordable housing will work overtime to help to complete pieces of the application process and eventually own and manage the entire renter journey.Key ResponsibilitiesManage inbound and outbound phone communication with renters, at times following up via email and textEnter application information in property management systems, learning compliance for each market along the wayRespond to resident/applicant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionallyUsing client proprietary platform, request and review resident/applicant documents for household composition, income, and assets to determine eligibility for affordable housingCreate summary documentation needed to complete applicationsSend eligible and ineligible letters to applicantsContact applicants to collect updated or missing documents as neededUpdate housing authority websites with client informationPrepare affordable housing certifications for manager’s reviewCreate process documentation that will help onboard additional team members - we are growing quickly!Document user experience feedback to share with our product and engineering teamsOther tasks - this is a start-up; you will be asked to jump into many tasks way outside your job description!QualificationsMinimum QualificationsEntry level - 1+ years of experienceGrowth Mindset / Positive Can-do AttitudeDetail OrientedAbility to read and write English very wellPreferred QualificationsExperience or internships with customer managementKnowledge of affordable housing programsInterest in technology and ability to quickly learn new softwareBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experienceWhat We’re Looking ForAbility to effectively operate with motivation and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environmentWe not I, mentalityAbility to understand and seek out others’ perspectivesPreferred Bilingual: English/Spanish (Premium pay for this language)Must be fully fluent in both to qualify for the bilingual premium pay.
