If you are detail-obsessed, deadline-driven, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we invite you to help us raise the bar on every production we touch.Role OverviewAs a Leasing Coordinator, you will support the end-to-end leasing cycle for pavilions, kiosks, F&B, and retail units across our experiential venues. This includes client-facing responsibilities, supporting the Chairman in meetings, preparing presentations, pitching leasing opportunities, and ensuring tenants understand the benefits of leasing space with MediaLand. You will also support lease administration, compliance, and operational readiness to ensure smooth execution and excellent tenant experience.Core responsibilitiesClient Engagement & Sales SupportAttend client meetings alongside the Chairman to present leasing opportunities.Prepare compelling presentations and pitches highlighting the benefits of leasing space, including location advantages, expected footfall, branding opportunities, and revenue potential.Act as a point of contact for prospective tenants, providing all necessary information to support their decision-making.Follow up with clients after meetings to address queries, provide additional data, and maintain relationships.Leasing Support & PipelineAssist in building and maintaining a prospect database (local brands, SMEs, international traders, artisans).Support leasing campaigns, RFPs, and tenant outreach efforts.Track occupancy, lease expiries, and follow up on proposals and approvals.Tenant Coordination & ContractsAssist in preparing heads of terms, lease agreements, and ancillary documents.Coordinate lease registrations on the Ejar platform where required.Support the collection of security deposits, bank guarantees, and insurance certificates.Fit-out & Operational SupportIssue tenant manuals and communicate design, HSE, and operational guidelines.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth tenant fit-outs.Track opening readiness checklists and ensure compliance with venue standards.Compliance & PermitsAssist in monitoring permit submissions and approvals (Civil Defense, municipality, GEA, etc.).Ensure documentation for compliance is maintained accurately.Stakeholder CoordinationCollaborate with Legal, Finance, Design/Fit-out, Marketing, and Operations teams.Prepare weekly reports on lease status, occupancy, and operational readiness.Qualifications & Skills2–5 years’ experience in retail, venue leasing, or property coordination (malls, exhibitions, or events).Experience in client-facing roles, presentations, or sales is highly desirable.Familiarity with Saudi leasing regulations, municipal approvals, or licensing is a plus.Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.Proficiency in MS Office; experience with property management software is a bonus.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.What We OfferA collaborative environment where creativity meets operational excellence.Exposure to high-profile events with significant brand visibility.Competitive salary and benefits package.Why Join Media Land Group?Work on award-winning campaigns, large-scale exhibitions, and high-profile cultural events that shape the creative landscape of the region.Collaborate closely with visionary artists, designers, and production experts in a unique environment that merges precision with creativity.Take on a leadership role with clear pathways for professional development, skill-building, and cross-functional exposure.Join a passionate, multicultural team that values initiative, creativity, and excellence.Be part of a dynamic, fast-paced company where innovation, speed, and quality drive everything we do.Based in Riyadh, KSA, with exposure to major regional projects and the opportunity to expand your professional network across the Gulf.Enjoy the benefits of a full-time role while working on diverse and flexible projects in an evolving industry.Attractive salary packages and performance-based incentives aligned with your skills and contributions.Please click on the link below to know more about Medialand Grouphttps://www.instagram.com/medialandgroup/?hl=enhttps://www.youtube.com/@medialandgroup4884https://www.linkedin.com/company/medialandgroup/
