This is an exciting opportunity to shape a vibrant commercial offering and be part of a landmark project in the region.Title: Leasing ManagerLocation: New Cairo, Egypt.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years' experience in leasing.Strong knowledge of market dynamics and leasing negotiations.Proficiency in leasing systems and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsFluency in English is required.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the overall leasing strategy in line with project goalsManage the full leasing cycle including prospecting, negotiating, and contract finalizationBuild and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and key stakeholdersMonitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to inform decision-makingCollaborate with legal, design, and operations teams to ensure alignmentTrack performance against occupancy and revenue targets
