Description ESRが開発した新築・既存物流倉庫のリーシング活動(テナント付け) テナント(顧客)との関係構築、ニーズ把握、提案 新規顧客の発掘(電話・飛び込み営業活動含む) マーケット分析(競合物件、マーケット賃料、テナント状況の把握) ローカルネットワークの構築(仲介業者等) Leasing activities (tenant placement) for new and existing distribution centers developed by ESRBuilding relationships with tenants (customers), understanding needs, and making proposalsNew customers development (including telephone and walk-in sales activities)Market analysis (understanding competitive properties, market rent, tenant situation)Building local networks (intermediaries, etc.)Requirements営業経験、特に不動産業界の経験あれば尚可1年以上不動産賃貸業、仲介業(物流・オフィス・住宅等)経験者物流企業での3PL営業経験者(電話・飛び込み営業含む)(尚可)物流不動産に興味のある方パフォーマンス重視の方コミュニケション能力の高い方(コミュニケーションを積極的に取れる方)宅地建物取引主任者 あれば尚可 Over 1 year of experience in real estate rental business, brokerage business (logistics, office, housing, etc.)Experienced in 3PL sales experience at a logistics company (including telephone and walk-in sales)Candidates who are passionate to build a career in the logistics real estate industryStrong communication skills and performance-orientedReal estate Transaction Manager preferred
