Leasing Operations Team LeaderRole OverviewWe’re seeking a motivated Leasing Operations Team Leader to manage and support a high-performing team within our Operations Department. The successful candidate will ensure efficient leasing operations, excellent customer support, and strong process control. Reporting into the Fleet Operations Manager. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the daily activities of the Leasing Operations team.Ensure all customer and business partner requests are processed efficiently and within SLAs.Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and support staff development.Maintain open communication, motivate the team, and foster collaboration.Identify training needs and create development plans.Review and improve policies, procedures, and control frameworks.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.Act as an escalation point for customer or partner issues.Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.Provide regular performance updates to the Head of Operations.Support key projects and IT implementations.Skills & Experience RequiredDegree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred.QFA/APA qualification an advantage.Proven experience leading a leasing or operations team in a similar environment.Excellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.Able to manage workflow and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.Professional and confident when dealing with customers and partners.
