Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leather Craftsman based in Manama. The Leather Craftsman will be responsible for creating, repairing, and restoring leather goods such as bags, belts, wallets, jackets, and more. Day-to-day tasks include crafting leather products with precision, stitching and assembling materials, applying finishes, and maintaining quality standards. The role also involves collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and ensuring that all work adheres to design specifications and customer requirements. Qualifications Proficiency in leather crafting techniques, including stitching, cutting, pattern-making, and tool handling.Attention to detail and precision in producing high-quality leatherwork.Experience with leather restoration and repair tasks, such as cleaning, conditioning, and dyeing.Basic understanding of design specifications and the ability to interpret and execute designs accurately.Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects effectively.Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in an on-site environment.Previous experience in leather crafting or a related field is highly desirable.High school diploma or equivalent; specialized training in leatherwork or craftsmanship is a plus.
