The Welder will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, layouts, and work orders to perform welding tasks on various metal components. Daily responsibilities include operating welding equipment, conducting repairs, assembling metal structures, and inspecting finished projects for quality. Ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining tools and workspace will also be prioritized. Qualifications Proficiency in welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc weldingAbility to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specificationsExperience in operating welding machines, torches, and cutting equipmentKnowledge of metal fabrication and assembly processesStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workFamiliarity with workplace safety standards and protocolsVocational training or certification in welding or a related field is highly preferredPhysical stamina and ability to work in industrial environments
