ATEPELI - Ateliers do Portugal, is part of one of the largest international luxury groups. At ATEPELI we are dedicated to the production of exclusive leather goods and footwear components. Currently, we have 3 workshops in the north of Portugal, more specifically, in Ponte de Lima, Penafiel and Santa Maria da Feira. We are committed to providing the best possible environment to nurture our employee’s skills and to flourish their talent.Are you a highly creative and innovative problem-solver with a passion for leather goods and an unwavering focus on market trends?As a key member of our Product Development team, you'll be instrumental in bringing exciting new leather goods to market. You'll contribute to various product launches by developing strategically sound and creatively inspiring approaches. You're equally comfortable tackling complex projects and distilling ideas to their simplest, most impactful form. You thrive on exceeding expectations and pushing creative and technical boundaries, even when facing tight deadlines.Your Impact:Collaborate closely with the Internal Client Design Team, translating their vision into reality within an industrialization context.Design and develop detailed CAD models and high-quality physical mock-ups of leather goods products.Ensure the timely delivery of mock-ups that meet our brand's exacting standards of excellence.Effectively communicate project requirements to internal teams, including production.Identify, define, and optimize key production stages.Propose innovative assembly methods and solutions, driving continuous improvement initiatives.Meticulously monitor production progress to ensure strict adherence to technical specifications.We'd love to hear from you If you are:Fluent in one of the following languages: French, English, or Italian.A collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills and a strong team spirit.Adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Hold a degree in Product/Industrial Design, Engineering or a related fieldProficient in using CAD toolsThis position will remain open until filled.
