Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lecturer role based in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area. The Lecturer will plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and workshops. Responsibilities include preparing course materials, conducting research, assessing student work, supervising academic projects, and providing mentorship. Additionally, the role involves participating in departmental activities, contributing to curriculum development, and engaging in professional development activities to stay current in the respective field. Qualifications Strong academic foundation and expertise in Agriculture, Science, Technology, or related fields.Ability to deliver clear and engaging lectures, seminars, and workshops in an academic setting.Research skills, including publishing in academic journals, and active contribution to knowledge in the field.Skills in student assessment, academic supervision, and providing mentorship.Proficiency in curriculum development and ability to contribute to instructional planning.Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with a passion for education and student success.Doctorate or relevant advanced degree in a related field is strongly preferred.Experience in agriculture, sustainable practices, or related industries is an added advantage.
