Job Description

Managing and organizing all legal documents, including contracts, licenses, and compliance records, while maintaining both physical and digital filing systems;Ensuring accurate, consistent, and up-to-date document filing, naming conventions, and version control across physical and online repositories;Monitoring contract timelines (renewals, expirations, terminations) and maintaining an updated centralized contract tracker in coordination with the Legal Team;Supporting document execution processes such as approval flows, e-signing, stamping, and notarization;Assisting in the preparation, compilation, and formatting of legal documents, reports, and summaries;Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Legal Team, including correspondence and coordination with internal departments and external parties.Minimum QualificationsHave strong administrative and organizational skills;Be proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) and Microsoft Office;Be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities;Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling legal and corporate information.
