Job DescriptionHill International is hiring for our office in Marousi, Athens, Greece:Legal and Contracts Manager Position: Legal and Contract ManagerLocation: Marousi, Athens - GreeceShort DescriptionHill International is seeking a Legal and Contract Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will support operations leaders for contract reviews, will oversee contractual and legal aspects of internal approvals, and will ensure legal compliance in all contract administration matters.Responsibilities Provide legal support for contract reviews to operation leaders. Administrate Legal aspects of internal approvals Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies for internal approvals. Support project teams with interpretation of contract terms and conditions (FIDIC and other standard forms). Coordinate with external legal advisors where necessary. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction law and contract management best practices. Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies, procedures, and templates for contract and legal management. Provide training and guidance to project teams on contractual and legal matters. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in law; an MSc in construction law or a related field is considered a plus. Minimum 8 years’ experience in legal and contract management within construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects. International experience and/or previous experience in PMC industry will be considered a plus Knowledge of FIDIC and other international standard forms of contract will be considered a plus Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and Greek (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is an asset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams. The candidates should hold a Greek citizenship or be eligible to work in Greece
