The firm offers a collaborative and professional environment where individuals are valued for their expertise, initiative, and commitment to delivering outstanding client service.Your new roleAs a Corporate Legal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and document support to lawyers within the Corporate practice group. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to complex, high-profile corporate work within a supportive and well-structured team.Key responsibilities include:Drafting, formatting, and proofreading a variety of legal and business documents, including agreements, reports, correspondence, and presentationsManaging client files in Aderant, including opening and closing matters, completing “Know Your Client” forms, entering dockets, and preparing monthly client accounts and expense reportsMaintaining and updating client contact information and file listsCoordinating meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements, and scheduling in OutlookOrganizing physical and electronic files and ensuring completed matters are archived appropriatelyHandling confidential information with professionalism and discretionKnowledge, qualifications, skills, and experienceLegal Assistant certification from an accredited institutionMinimum 5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably in corporate lawAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skillsExceptional proofreading, grammar, and attention to detailProven ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalismKey competenciesThis position requires precision, discretion, and a proactive approach to managing workload.
