Our client is a leading international law firm with a long-standing history and global presence, seeking a Legal Recruiting Assistant consultant to join its New York office. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in attorney recruiting while working closely with attorneys, law students, and recruiting professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate logistics for on-campus and in-office interviewsPrepare recruiting materials and candidate packetsTrack interview feedback and maintain candidate databasesAssist with Hiring Committee meetings and reportsSupport the recruiting team with general administrative tasks and special projectsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree required0–2 years of relevant experience (legal or professional services preferred)Strong organizational and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with applicant tracking systems a plusAbility to manage multiple deadlines and maintain confidentiality
