In this role, you will assist with current projects, conduct research, and help implement new services, making a direct impact on business growth. You’ll contribute to developing procedures, expanding client networks, and maintaining a strong social media presence. If you enjoy problem-solving, critical thinking, and seeing your efforts translate into tangible results, this role is a great fit.Schedule:Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (USA)Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:Assisting with current projects and planning new initiativesFollowing up with clients and cultivating relationshipsConducting competitor research and market analysis to validate business ideasHelping implement new services and ensuring smooth executionAssisting with travel planning and coordinationSupporting the growth of the client network and portfolioSending seasonal or special occasion communications to clientsManaging and posting content on social mediaDeveloping and implementing procedures and SOPs for client follow-ups and business operationsProposing ideas to optimize processes and enhance business outcomesWhat We’re Looking For:At least one to two years of experience in project coordination, research, or business supportStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyInitiative and self-motivation to work independently and collaborativelyHighly organized, proactive, and detail-orientedStrong problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesCreative thinker able to propose actionable ideasCollaborative team player and reliable partnerMotivated to learn and grow with the businessStrong project management and research skillsAbility to translate ideas into actionable stepsReliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)Quiet, distraction-free remote work environmentWhat’s In It for You?
