Based in Zug, we work closely with clients to deliver exceptional, customized services that aid in growing, preserving, and transferring wealth across generations.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site position in Zug for a Legal Assistant. The primary responsibility is to support a partner with legal drafting, research, and administrative tasks. This includes preparing legal documents, coordinating client and stakeholder communication, and assisting with the management of regulatory and compliance requirements. The role also involves conducting research on emerging legal and regulatory topics and contributing to the firm’s quarterly publications. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to work closely with leadership and play an active role in delivering the firm’s high-standard advisory services.Profile / QualificationsLaw student (Bachelor or Master level) with solid academic performanceStrong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and writing skillsDemonstrated initiative and reliability — someone who takes ownership of tasksTeam-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and willingness to learnClear interest in the legal field, shown through coursework, projects, or previous internshipsSolid legal research skills, especially an interest in case law connected to cross-border structures and complex private client transactionsComfortable working with documents, drafting, and general administrative responsibilitiesAbility to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalismFluent in English; workable German preferredPlease submit your CV and a written essay sample of maximum 2'000 words.An English writing sample is required. You may submit a standalone essay or an extract from a longer piece, provided you include a brief note explaining the context.A topic related to tax is preferred, but work on other legal subjects is acceptable.
