Legal Assistant (Sibiu & Cluj) (m/f/d)

You’ll become part of our small but strong international legal team – two legal experts in Germany and a legal assistant in Romania – working closely together to support our clients and colleagues in all legal and contractual matters. From preparing contracts and managing projects to ensuring quality and confidentiality, there’s always plenty to do. Challenges may come, but as a team we tackle them together with energy and dedication.We are looking for a German-speaking legal enthusiast to join our team. The position comes with a permanent contract, flexible working hours, and the possibility to work from home or from our beautiful office in Sibiu.Your tasks: Preparation and management of contract-relevant documents OR standard contracts.Administrative processing of current orders, projects and contract management content.Collaboration in the standardization of the contract system/contract management.Taking on operational customer management tasks.Supporting colleagues in operational sales and administrative activities.Quality assurance of offers.Processing of NDAs.Your profile:The basis of your career is a successfully completed degree in law, business law or a comparable course of study with a legal focus or professional experience in the areas of contract drafting and contract management (ideally in an internationally operating IT company).Very good written and spoken German, good English skills desirable.Experience in communicating with customers.Confident handling of MS Office.Independent, structured and precise way of working.Reliability in dealing with confidential data.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Good understanding of the contractual context.
