You will handle a variety of legal matters including commercial contracts, corporate governance, litigation support, regulatory compliance, and internal risk management. This is a hands-on role ideal for a proactive legal professional with strong commercial instincts and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Contract Management & Commercial SupportDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts (NDAs, MSAs, vendor agreements, licensing, etc.)Support contract lifecycle management processes, including version control, execution tracking, and renewal monitoringCollaborate cross-functionally with business units to align legal terms with operational needsCorporate Legal SupportAssist in corporate governance matters including drafting board resolutions, maintaining corporate records, and supporting subsidiary managementCoordinate with external counsel for jurisdiction-specific compliance or transactional mattersRegulatory & ComplianceMonitor and interpret applicable laws and regulations (e.g., data protection, employment, IP, international trade)Assist with regulatory filings and maintain compliance documentation and reporting logsSupport internal audits and compliance reviews in collaboration with risk and finance teamsLitigation & Dispute ResolutionSupport the management of disputes and claims, including evidence gathering and liaison with external counselRepresent the company in administrative hearings or preliminary dispute resolution processes where applicableRisk Management & Legal AdvisoryIdentify potential legal risks in business operations and propose actionable mitigation strategiesConduct legal research and provide written legal opinions and internal guidance notes to stakeholdersDevelop internal legal templates, playbooks, and training materials for commercial and operational teamsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; LLM or additional business/legal certifications a plus3–5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, ideally within tech, SaaS, or a multinational contextStrong understanding of commercial contracts, corporate law, and regulatory complianceExcellent legal drafting, negotiation, and research skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentComfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities during periods of change or organizational scaling
