Drafting, negotiating, finalizing, and preparing hard-copy agreementsDirectly draft, negotiate, review, and finalize contracts, annexes, and agreements in line with company policies or requests.Manage execution and submission of signed paper documents.2. Legal advice and compliance guidance upon requestProvide legal consultation, review, and procedural guidance regarding contracts, appendices, agreements, penalty clauses, terminations, and contract liquidations as needed to support internal departments.3. Risk management and legal governanceAdvise senior management on legal risk mitigation related to contracts within the assigned domain, proactively identifying potential issues and proposing compliant solutions.4. Reporting, planning, and miscellaneous tasksPrepare work plans and reports for assigned duties.
