Working Location: Dist 1, HCMCSalary : 26,000,000 - 43,000,000 GrossRole DescriptionThe Legal Counsel will provide legal support across the company’s activities in Vietnam and internationally, with key responsibilities as below:- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts - Advise on legal risks and ensure compliance with Vietnamese laws and relevant international regulations. - Liaise with external counsel and government authorities when necessary. - Provide legal guidance on corporate governance, internal policies, new business/project, and risk management. - Handle dispute resolution, including litigation and arbitration. - Monitor legal and regulatory developments in Vietnam that may impact the business. - Support the affiliate companies from time to time- Conduct legal training and awareness sessions for staff- Handle compliance-related works and other tasks as requestedQualifications・Education Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Law or higher is required; a lawyer admitted to the Vietnam Bar (with Lawyer License).・Language: English - Business Level・Qualification and experience: - Minimum 5 years of professional experience, ideally in a law firm and/or in-house legal department of a multinational company. - Experience in international trade, commodities, and investment is highly desirable. - Strong understanding of Vietnamese contract law, corporate law, and regulatory frameworks. - Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. - Strong skills in legal research, issue analysis, and synthesis. - Proficient in legal risk management and assessment. - Clear and effective communication, with strong critical thinking abilities. - Able to work independently and effectively within cross-functional teams, especially in collaboration across departments- Strong networking skills with legal professionals externally.
