The Legal Specialist will be responsible for providing legal consulting, preparing legal documents, addressing legal issues, and ensuring the organization’s compliance with local laws and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing contracts, advising internal teams on legal matters, and managing legal risks associated with the business operations of the company.QualificationsExperience in the F&B, FMCG industry, M&A is a plus.Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English languages.Salary: 10-15M VND
