Hailide Group’s official website is https://www.halead.com/en.Responsibilities1.   Global Compliance System Development (Primary Responsibility)Ÿ Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Group’s global compliance system, covering China, Vietnam, Denmark, Europe, the US, Singapore, and other regions.Ÿ Develop compliance frameworks, policies, and databases to ensure adherence to international laws, regulations, export controls, sanctions, and cross-border trade requirements.Ÿ Monitor regulatory developments in key jurisdictions, assess compliance risks, and provide mitigation strategies.Ÿ Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent compliance practices and effective monitoring.2.   International Legal Advisory & Risk ManagementŸ Provide legal advice on cross-border business operations, corporate structures, and governance to support strategic business growth.Ÿ Manage and review contracts, commercial agreements, and joint ventures for legal and compliance alignment.Ÿ Oversee intellectual property management, licensing, and regulatory reporting across jurisdictions.Ÿ Conduct legal feasibility analyses, compliance audits, risk assessments, and internal legal training.3.   Coordination with External Legal AdvisorsŸ Manage relationships with external law firms and consultants for international legal services, including investments, financing, dispute resolution, and compliance guidance.4.   On-Site Legal SupportŸ Provide on-site legal guidance for negotiations, project reviews, audits, and corporate initiatives.Ÿ Support headquarters and regional management teams in legal decision-making and strategic planning.QualificationsEducational BackgroundŸ Bachelor degree or higher in Law from an accredited full-time university or institution.Professional ExperienceŸ A minimum of 3 years of legal experience in multinational corporations.Ÿ Demonstrated expertise in Southeast Asian and Western legal practices, particularly in establishing legal frameworks for multinational enterprises.Ÿ Overseas study or work experience in European or American legal systems, or familiarity with European and American laws, is highly desirable.Language SkillsŸ Exceptional proficiency in English, with advanced skills in communication, negotiation, and drafting of legal documents.Ÿ Proficiency in Chinese is required to communicate effectively with stakeholders from headquarters in China and review Mandarin-language documents.How to ApplyIf you are interested in this opening, please feel free to contact Tanya at ya.tang@halead.com to explore more.
