Together we protect the world from cyber threats.Join us to become part of an exceptional team, while remaining yourself and using your skills to keep us growing and evolving.We are looking for a Legal Counsel to support our operations across the Middle East region and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, working closely with regional teams and Headquarters.Key Requirements:Provide legal support for all company activities in the Middle East region and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Liaise with the Legal Headquarters team.Maintain and manage contract documentation and contract-related processes.Liaise with external legal advisors as required and manage them in a cost-effective manner.Deliver legal awareness training to employees within Kaspersky Lab.Report directly to the Chief Legal Officer.QualificationsQualified lawyer with at least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, with a focus on contract law, IT law, and corporate law.Fluent English.Experience working in an international, fast-growing environment.Analytical, structured, accurate, and independent working style.Strong ability to proactively analyse problems and propose solutions.High level of service and customer orientation, with excellent communication skills.Very good knowledge of MS Office tools and internet research.We value transparency and efficiency, and aim to make the hiring process clear and respectful of candidates’ time.
