Company DescriptionLion’s Head is the owner and manager of quality and sustainable income-producing commercial properties in Central and Eastern Europe. The company focuses on prime office and logistics spaces with international blue-chip tenants. It is supported by the Old Mutual Group, a major South African financial institution, and AG Capital, a leading group of real estate companies in the region.Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day legal advice related to the company’s group business.Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with main focus on leases, various service agreements, and real estate transactions.Maintain and improve standard contract templates and policies.Conduct legal research and analysis.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive legal solutions.Assist in corporate governance and related matters.Handle compliance matters including related to personal data protection, AML, etc.Maintain the departments legal processes and systemsMonitor and advise on any legislative changes that affect the company’s group business.Cooperate with external legal advisors, if necessary.Report to the Head of legal.Qualifications:Master of Law degree.
