Legal Counsel

Sama X is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Counsel to join its team in Dubai. This role is suited for someone looking to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with exposure to international work and innovative projects.Key Responsibilities· Support internal compliance requirements, including data protection, telecom regulatory frameworks, and corporate governance matters.· Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including but not limited to MSAs, MOUs, service agreements, supply agreements.· Support on general corporate matters.· Assist in due diligence and documentation for strategic projects.· Support the implementation of standard templates and contract management processes.· Provide legal support on employment law matters and general HR matters.· Liaise with local counsel in various jurisdictions to ensure high-quality and cost-effective legal support.· Review and synthesize external legal advice for internal stakeholders.Requirements· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law from a reputable university.· 3-7 years of relevant experience, ideally including in-house experience.· Experience in telecommunications or other regulated industry is a plus but not mandatory.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.· Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
