Experience: 2–5 years (Staffing/Recruitment industry experience preferred)About The RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Executive to manage, review, and negotiate all client and partner contracts for Versatile Club. This role is crucial as we expand our partnerships and deliver staffing, HR, and recruitment services across diverse industries.You will be the go-to person for contract vetting, compliance checks, risk assessment, and ensuring all agreements reflect fair terms aligned with our business model.Key ResponsibilitiesReview, draft, and negotiate MSAs, staffing agreements, SOWs, NDAs, and partnership contracts. Work closely with BD, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure all commercial and legal terms are aligned. Conduct detailed contract vetting, identify risks, and recommend revisions to protect the organization. Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including version control, documentation, and tracking renewals. Liaise with client legal teams and internal stakeholders during negotiation cycles. Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and data protection guidelines. Maintain standardized templates and improve contract language for efficiency and clarity. Support dispute resolution, clarifications, or escalations related to contract execution. Advise internal teams on contractual obligations, liabilities, indemnity, payment terms, and termination clauses. Stay updated on laws relevant to staffing, recruitment, HR outsourcing, and contract labour regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications2–5 years of experience in a staffing, recruitment, HR outsourcing, or manpower services company. Strong understanding of MSAs, SLAs, staffing agreements, indemnity and liability clauses, commercial terms, and compliances. Excellent negotiation and communication skills when dealing with clients and internal teams. Proven ability to review, interpret, and simplify complex legal language. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously. Experience working directly with sales/BD and operations teams. Preferred AttributesHigh ownership mindset and ability to work independently. Strong documentation and analytical skills.
