Legal Executive

📍 Location: HQ | 🕒 Employment Type: Full-timeSalam Alliance is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Executive to support our organization’s legal and regulatory functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with healthcare-related laws, managing contractual and legal risks, and providing timely legal advice to facilitate safe and compliant business operations.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate contractual documents to ensure acceptable risk levels and compliance with internal approval processes.Ensure adherence to the Ministry of Health, PDPA, and other healthcare-related regulations.Provide accurate and timely legal advice to internal departments.Manage litigation and dispute resolution in collaboration with external legal counsel.Develop and update internal legal and compliance policies.Conduct legal awareness or compliance training sessions for staff.Collaborate with key departments (Procurement, HR, Operations) to proactively identify and mitigate legal risks.Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.Minimum 1–7 years of relevant experience in corporate or healthcare-related legal work.Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory compliance, and risk management.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.High integrity and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.At Salam Alliance, you will be part of a team that values professionalism, integrity, and continuous improvement.
