We combine deep regulatory insight with commercial and technological understanding to provide forward-thinking legal solutions for clients operating in dynamic industries.We advise a broad range of clients, including crypto-asset service providers, electronic money institutions, and corporations operating in the energy, construction, and manufacturing sectors.About the Position:We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious full-time Legal Intern to join our team in Kadıköy, Istanbul. As a Legal Intern, you will work closely with our lawyers on a diverse range of tasks, including legal research, contract drafting, compliance assessments, and client communications. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in fintech regulation, capital markets law, and dispute resolution.Key Responsibilities:Assisting in the preparation of reviewing petitions and other legal documents.Assisting in the translation of legal documents in both Turkish and English.Conducting legal research.Following new regulations and informing the team of relevant updates.Coordinating documentation and filings with notaries and courts.Regular follow-up of all types of documentation under the supervision of lawyers.Assisting in the submission of documents via UYAP and tracking execution and litigation processes.Expected Qualifications:Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Turkish.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.Proactive and responsible, with a willingness to take initiative.Curious and eager to learn, with strong research skills.Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.Interest in capital markets and/or blockchain technology is a plus.Application Process:Qualified candidates are kindly invited to submit their resume and a brief cover letter to info@lthukuk.com for consideration.
