About us:Gely Management AG is a Swiss -based company. We advise and support companies and private individuals across all industries in strategic and operational matters – from interim management to know-how & technology transfer, innovation projects, M&A, and consultancy advisory.We are expanding our international team and seeking an experienced professional to lead legal and operational activities in Central Asian and CIS countries.What You'll Do:Provide legal and business advisory for international partners across trade, corporate, and contract law;Draft, review, and negotiate international contracts (distribution, licensing, M&A, partnerships);Ensure compliance with trade, customs, and corporate regulations;Coordinate import/export operations and multi-party partnerships;Conduct market analysis, risk assessments, and support management in regional expansion;Leverage diplomatic experience to manage government relations and high-level negotiations;Lead negotiations and communication in Russian, a key asset for success in the regionWhat We’re Looking For:Swiss master degree in law (LL.M);Swiss compliance certification is a plus;Central Asian/CIS region/Russian qualified lawyer is a must;Extensive experience in legal advisory, compliance, contract management, and international trade, especially in Central Asia and Russia/former CIS countries;Proven diplomatic and negotiation experience with governments and international organizations;Strong knowledge of corporate, trade, and international contract law, including M&A and licensing;Proven record in cross-border negotiations and intercultural collaboration;Native-level Russian – strategic for contracts, market analysis, and partner communication;Excellent German and English, French as a big advantage;Proficient in MS Office, CRM, with project management, ESG optimization, and data migration experience;Analytical, independent, and interculturally competent.Why Join Us:Take ownership of international projects and regional expansion;Influence strategic decisions and operational processes;Utilize diplomatic and cross-border negotiation expertise;Work in a multicultural, dynamic environment;Shape legal and operational frameworks with real impact.Proposed salary: CHF 95 000 – 120 000 per year
