Job Description
1. Job Purpose:Ensure that all business, commercial, and operational activities of the company comply with legal regulations and internal policies; manage legal risks, and provide strategic legal advice to the Board of Directors to protect the company’s rights and reputation2. Key Responsibilities:Control and review all legal aspects of contracts: sales, distribution, agency, and partnership agreements.Provide legal consultation to the Board of Directors and departments regarding commercial, import–export, marketing, HR, and financial activities.Manage and resolve legal risks, disputes, and complaints; liaise with government authorities and partners when issues arise.Maintain and manage corporate legal documents, including business licenses, trademarks, copyrights, standard contracts, and internal policies.Train and guide employees and managers on compliance and legal regulations.Lead and manage the legal team, assign tasks, monitor progress, and evaluate performance.3. Job Requirement:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law; preference for majors in Commercial Law, International Law, or Economic Law.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in corporate legal affairs, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.Prior experience in trading, distribution (electronics, home appliances), FMCG, or technology corporations is strongly preferred.In-depth knowledge of Commercial Law, Competition Law, Contract Law, Advertising, Consumer Protection, Import–Export, and Product Standards.Knowledge or experience in ISO, compliance, and risk control is a strong advantage.Strong skills in negotiation, contract drafting, risk management, dispute resolution, and systematic thinking.Proficient in English, able to read, understand, and negotiate international legal documents and contracts4.
