Job Purpose / Area of Responsibilities Responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts in both Thai and English that legally bind the company, as well as reviewing company regulations, bylaws, and other legally binding documents to ensure that the company operates in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Provide legal advice on matters related to the company’s business operations.Key Responsibilities and ActivitiesPrepare and/or review powers of attorney, business contracts, and/or other legally binding documents in both Thai and English.Prepare and/or review documents and liaise with government agencies (e.g., the Department of Business Development, the Revenue Department) to ensure proper registration and compliance with legal requirements.Prepare and/or review documents and coordinate with law firms for trademark registration in Thailand and abroad, follow up on progress, report issues to relevant stakeholders, recommend solutions, and oversee trademark renewals.Provide legal advice, coordinate, and/or engage external counsel for litigation matters, as well as handle legal disputes involving the company.Review, monitor, and improve the department’s work standards and operating procedures to align with organizational requirements.Prepare the annual budget and monitor legal department expenses in line with the approved budget.Manage the legal team, providing guidance and consultation to ensure team members achieve their objectives.Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.Education BackgroundBachelor’s degree in LawMaster’s degree in Law or related fields is an advantageCertificationLicensed lawyer (Barrister-at-Law or Lawyer’s License)Professional ExperiencesMinimum of 5–7 years of experience in contract law and/or intellectual property law.Other QualificationsKnowledge of civil law, criminal law, business law, consumer protection law, and contract enforcement.Strong legal analysis skills with the ability to apply legal principles in a corporate context.Proficient in drafting contracts in both Thai and English, including negotiation skills.Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); strong English proficiency will be considered a plus.Do Day Dream Plc.32 Keharomklao road, Ratphatthana, Saphansung, Bangkok, Thailand 10240
