I. MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESInternal Compliance1. Legal Advisory and Compliance in Retail OperationsTo check contracts and transaction documents between the Company and partners, on the basis of these transactions complies with applicable laws;To establish guidelineframe regarding complying with applicable laws for the Company’s business fields and guide relevant departments for conducting;To provide legal advice to other departments and/or management board for issues incurred during the Company’s business activities;To establish templates on contracts and transactions in accordance with department’s demands and the Company’s business activities from time to time, on the basis of complying with relevant applicable laws;To update provision of laws regarding the Company’s business fields from time to time;In charge of working with legal consulting agencies on issues that need to be consulted or considered by them if necessary.II. REQUIREMENTSEducation and KnowledgeBachelor of Laws;Understanding of the law and legal principles, as well as a solid grasp of business practices and industry-specific regulations;Certificate of Lawyer is required.ExperienceMinimum 05 years of experience with at least 3 years at Legal Counsel/Legal Supervisor/Legal Team Leader roles;Experience in legal compliance, litigation, and contracts is highly desirable.Skills and AbilitiesCommunication skills: excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex legal issues to non-legal professionals;Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret legal information and identify potential risks and opportunities;Attention to detail: high level of attention to detail, with the ability to review legal documents and contracts thoroughly;Ethical standards: high level of ethical standards and a commitment to upholding professional ethics and standards;Teamwork: able to work effectively in a team, collaborating with other departments.Other characteristicsHonest and careful;Smart and flexible in communication;Proactive, enthusiastic, serious at work;Work independently and the ability to coordinate.
