As we scale across brands, markets, and partnerships, we’re looking for a Legal Manager who can protect the business while enabling growth.This is not just a compliance role. You’ll work closely with leadership to navigate contracts, mitigate risks, support strategic deals, and ensure Rocketindo stays legally strong and future-ready.What You’ll Do:Lead and manage all legal matters across the company, including commercial, corporate, employment, and IP law.Draft, review, and negotiate key contracts and agreements with vendors, partners, and clients.Advise management on legal risks, business structures, and regulatory requirements.Monitor legal and compliance issues that may impact business operations and proactively suggest solutions.Ensure corporate governance, licenses, and company documents are up to date and aligned with local laws.Support internal functions (Finance, HR, BD, Ops) with legal guidance and issue resolution.Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary, ensuring efficient and cost-effective outcomes.What We’re Looking For:Strong Legal Foundation Licensed law degree with 3+ years of experience in corporate/commercial law (in-house or law firm)Contract & Negotiation Skills Comfortable leading contract reviews and negotiations across diverse stakeholdersRegulatory Awareness Up-to-date knowledge of Indonesian laws, including employment and e-commerce regulationsIndependent & Reliable Can work with minimal supervision, prioritize well, and take full ownership of legal mattersClear Communication Able to explain complex legal concepts in simple, actionable termsYou’ll thrive here if:You’re a sharp thinker who knows when to protect, when to push, and when to find the middle ground — always with the business in mind.
