Location: Lagos stateEmployment Type: Full timeResponsibilitiesReview contract documentation and draft contractsGive advice & opinion on legal issues bearing in mind the company’s activities (Sales & Services of Diesel Generators)Give advice and opinion on Property & Warehousing issuesDraft letters & responses to parties in transactions with John Holt Plc., Service & other units.Represent Legal Unit in meetings & prepare monthly reportLiaise with external solicitors on cases in courtFiling of statutory reports to relevant authoritiesAssist the Company Secretary in other deem fit and any other assignment assigned to him.RequirementsMinimum second class degree in law5+ years post qualification experienceExcellent communication and collaboration skills and an ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.Strong analytical skills with attention to detailsA proactive approach to risk management and problem solvingGood client relationship and ability to work confidently, independently & interact at all levels of the organization.Relationship management skills & openness to feedback.Closing Date30th June, 2025.How to ApplyInterested and qualified candidates should send their application and CV to jobs@choicetalents.com.ng using the title as the subject of the email.
