Must have strong knowledge of property documentation, foreclosure laws and regulatory requirements. Detail oriented, organized and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Must have 2-3 years of legal experience in property law, banking, foreclosure or related fields. Has proven ability to analyze irregular documentation and provide practical legal remedies/solutions. Preferably with background working in banks and financial institutions.
