About The RoleYour role as a Legal Officer will primarily focus on: Perform functions as the department's delegated decision maker for applications made under the Right to Information Act 2009 (Qld), Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld) and Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth);Process and ensure compliance with legislative and court ordered requests for documents such as subpoenas, summonses, notices of non-party disclosure, requests under s134A Evidence Act 1977 (Qld), location/recovery orders, and other requests for access to department information.
