Legal Reviewer - AI Startup

Beacon Hill is partnering with a fast-growing legal AI startup to staff multiple positions for a large-scale federal legal review project on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.Professional Technological Legal Reviewer: Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in document analysis, legal support, or compliance. Candidates should be fast learners, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, with an interest in how law and AI intersect. Experience working with legal documents, databases, or government systems is strongly preferred.Responsibilities include:Reviewing legal and administrative documents for accuracy, compliance, and consistency.Applying annotations, categorizations, and redactions within a proprietary AI-driven review platform.Interacting with and helping refine AI tools through consistent, high-quality analysis.Maintaining productivity and quality standards across high-volume workloads.Communicating effectively with project leadership and technical teams on procedural issues.Document Retrieval & Digital Organization Specialist: Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred) and 2+ years of experience in records management, IT support, data retrieval, or digital archiving.
