Location: ChicagolandEmployment Type: Full-TimeDepartment: Construction / Project ManagementReports To: Two Sales Representatives covering the Illinois and Wisconsin TerritoryWork Environment: Combination of Office and FieldCompensation: $75,000–$85,000 If you currently work in the industry, your confidentiality will be respected 100%.About the RoleThis is a high-accountability, execution-driven role. You’ll manage approximately 60 projects per year, ranging from $50,000 to $1M in value, including telescopic bleachers, grandstands, lockers, wall pads, casework, and gym equipment systems.Deadlines are non-negotiable and logistics are complex. We’re seeking someone who thrives in high-pressure environments, excels at coordination, and takes full ownership from kickoff to closeout.Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects from submittals and shop drawings through installation and final punchout.Serve as the primary point of contact between architects, GCs, site supers, installers, carriers, and internal teams.Interpret and apply architectural drawings and specifications.Develop, maintain, and enforce detailed project schedules and installation plans.Coordinate shipments, site staging, equipment, inspections, and installation labor.Conduct on-site walkthroughs to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with specifications.Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, cost tracking, and closeout documentation.Partner with sales and estimating teams to protect scope, margin, and quality.Build professional relationships and uphold Carroll Seating’s reputation in the field.QualificationsPreferred Experience:Familiarity with telescopic bleachers, grandstands, seating systems, or athletic equipment.Core Competencies:Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field coordination.Organizational and time-management skills.Confident communicator — comfortable leading meetings and setting expectations.Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools a plus.Willingness to travel to job sites within a 200-mile radius of Wood Dale, IL.What We OfferCompetitive salary and full benefits package.Opportunity to work on high-visibility athletic and educational projects across the Midwest.A culture built on professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.Success in This Role Looks LikeYour job sites run clean, coordinated, and predictable.Installation teams respect your direction and follow your lead.Projects close out on time & on budget
