Linking our ambitious strategies to real-world execution, this position is at the nexus of ensuring projects are efficiently launched, especially those in collaboration with co-manufacturers. Your duty will be to maintain the pulse on project progression, manage timelines, and be the bridge of communication to both the executive team and cross-functional partners.Essential Duties And Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring each phase is strategically planned and that initiatives remain on track. Translate complex project requirements into actionable strategies that prioritize both efficiency and quality. Identify and incorporate parallel workstreams wherever feasible to accelerate timelines and improve project turnaround. Analyze historical project data to identify patterns and implement improvements that enhance current and future execution. Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration Effectively lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring responsibilities are clearly defined and deadlines are consistently met. Facilitate team alignment on project goals, deliverables, and milestones, promoting full transparency and accountability. Maintain visibility and prioritize multiple simultaneous projects, allocating focus where most needed while ensuring none fall behind. Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment by demonstrating a positive, "can-do" attitude. Communication & Reporting Present clear, consolidated project updates to senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and key opportunities. Lead monthly Project Review meetings, driving discussion with a proactive mindset to keep stakeholders aligned and informed. Maintain open communication around critical project activities, ensuring that all team members and leaders are consistently in sync. Develop and deliver impactful presentations that highlight category-level timelines, portfolio views, and project performance Risk Management, Identification & Mitigation Proactively monitor for potential project obstacles and escalate concerns early to prevent disruption. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop risk mitigation plans, ensuring challenges are addressed before they impact timelines or deliverables. Maintain a continuous improvement mindset by evaluating risk trends and applying learnings to future project planning. Documentation & Process Management Gather, organize, and manage project documentation, including briefs and tracking tools, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible. Ensure all projects adhere to applicable internal procedures and external regulations throughout the lifecycle. Drive process improvements by applying insights gained from previous projects and reviews. Execution Oversight & Initiative Management Oversee the execution of project launch initiatives, with a particular focus on successful coordination at co-manufacturing sites. Ensure launch readiness by aligning operational planning with execution schedules and risk mitigation strategies. Maintain full accountability for timeline adherence and milestone achievement across all active projects. Championing a positive, "can-do" attitude, fostering a collaborative and forward-moving team environment. Solid background in project management within the manufacturing sector. Experience working with co-manufacturer collaborations is a significant advantage. Proven track record of managing multiple projects successfully, meeting objectives and deadlines consistently. Project Management Strong knowledge of modern project management tools and methodologies. Strategic & Analytical Skills Demonstrated ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable strategies. Skilled at creating compelling presentations that simplify and visualize complex project data. Communication & Influence Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a concise, understandable manner. Mobility & Travel Willingness and ability to travel as needed, particularly to co-manufacturing sites and partner facilities, to support project planning, execution, and alignment.
