OverviewThe Sales Operations Analyst leads strategic, data-driven processes by applying data manipulation and reporting techniques to inform lead management. This role involves collaborating with sales support functions, maintaining lead management sales processes, and utilizing tools like SQL, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Salesforce. The analyst generates insights from sales data, manages operational tasks, and develops processes for lead management.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborates regularly with other functions supporting salesSupport the launch and maintenance of sales processes which drive efficiency and effectivenessUsing a combination of SQL, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and/or Salesforce to develop, maintain, and automate insights on: lead management and sales activitiesMonitor, investigate, and analyze multiple kinds of sales data sets to provide a complete picture of sales productivity, sales revenue, sales campaigns, and/or sales activitiesPackages up requests from the sales organization and follows internal processes to deliver themManage multiple sales operational tasks to deadlines; communicate progress at regular intervalsDevelop narratives and recommendations from analyses, build presentations, and present findings to business stakeholdersQualifications3-5+ years’ experience in operations role (sales operations, revenue operations, sales support)2+ years’ experience as Salesforce “power user” to build reports and dashboardsExperience with data management and data deliveryExperience with business intelligence and visualization tools e.g. SQL, Salesforce, Excel/Sheets, Looker, Power BI, or TableauCan pull sales insights from complex data sets, communicating results with clarity and provide recommendations to the business
