Associate Platform Specialist

As an Associate Platform Specialist at ZeroFox, you will join the Public Sector Services team, a group of highly skilled individuals working to protect Public Sector customers from digital risk. Using our proprietary platform, this role focuses on supporting our Public Sector team by identifying and conducting detailed analysis of cyber risks. You will be responsible for researching these risks and managing the data entry of alerts. Your goal: find the real-time information that will impact our customers, identifying risks and applying the appropriate escalation path.Role And ResponsibilitiesAnalyze social media networks for customer-related risksSearch social media sites (specifically the Big 6 networks) for impersonations of Executives & Brands of ZeroFox CustomersDouble check impersonations with current alerts in the platform to avoid duplicate creationGenerate accurate alerts within the ZeroFox platform per customer requirementsTriage alerts by applying appropriate labels within the ZeroFox platform, per established workflowsRecall a large terms list to relate across a multitude of findingsEffectively identify and report new trends and patterns of behavior to internal stakeholdersResearch customer Executives & Brands to familiarize yourself with their protectors and expected alertsRequirementsRequired qualifications and skillsExtreme attention to detail1-2 years of experience in data analysis, cybersecurity, or a related fieldUS-based personnel per the customer contract languageAbility to convey complex ideas, trends, and information in a simple wayUS-based remote locationPreferred experience in DOD and/or Federal CivilianKnowledge of major social networks (knowledge of emerging networks a big plus)Superior research skillsSolid interpersonal and social skillsExperience with other SaaS, cyber security, or social media products or services is preferredExperience in Customer SuccessStrong analytical skillsEducation / Training Requirements:Bachelor's DegreeSome college course on cyber security, intelligence studies, and homeland securityBenefitsCommunity-driven culture with employee eventsGenerous time off Comprehensive health benefits & 401(k) plan with employer matchingRespectful and nourishing work environment, where every opinion is heard and everyone is encouraged to be an active part of the organizational cultureAbout ZeroFoxZeroFox is on a mission to make the internet safer for all.
